Our purpose is to define Biblical authentic manhood. In our society, being a man can be confusing. There are many definitions of what it means to be a man based on the world's value system and standards. The Biblical call to manhood will involve leading courageously, accepting responsibility, rejecting passivity and investing in eternity.
A strong and healthy department of men will be able to minister to the needs of those that they come in contact with. In Proverbs 27:17 we are told, "As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another." Strong men help to build up other men.
The men will become the Priest, the Protector and the Provider of their homes as they strive to become complete in Christ. To be complete in Christ means that we are happy in being a man! Our men will in-turn, be able to minister to the younger generation right where they are. We will have meetings, retreats and other outings that are designed to make us the men that God would have us to be.

MNO stands for Men’s Night Out: This can be any day or night of the week that the men of BTCC choose. It will just be a day or night of having fun & bonding. Activities might include bowling, attending an auto show, fishing or attending sporting events or mentoring our young men. Included in this will also be our yearly night out to dinner with the girls & young ladies of BTCC (under 18) which usually falls around February. Our young men are included in this yearly event because we want them to know at an early age how the men of God are to treat women.
MNOP stands for Men’s Night of Prayer which will be followed by a men’s prayer breakfast.
We are also partners with Peace Lutheran church and every summer we host our Neighborhood Community Fair which includes a classic auto show on the parking lot of the church.
